Ingredients (serves 2–3)

2 chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mixed veggies (broccoli florets, bell peppers, zucchini, or green beans)

½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

¼ cup chicken broth

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional: Italian seasoning or chili flakes
Instructions

Heat pan: Warm oil or butter over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken: Season with salt and pepper; sauté 3–4 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Veggies & garlic: In the same pan, add veggies and garlic. Cook 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp and fragrant.

Creamy sauce: Pour in cream and broth. Simmer 1–2 minutes.

Finish: Stir in Parmesan, return chicken to pan, and toss to coat. Adjust seasoning.
