Filling

½ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp cinnamon

¼ cup soft butter
Steps

Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add milk, butter, and egg. Knead until soft.

Let rise 1 hour (until doubled).

Roll into a rectangle, spread butter, sprinkle sugar + cinnamon.
