4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Marinate the chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Coat chicken evenly and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours).

Preheat grill

Heat grill to medium-high (about 400–450°F / 200–230°C).

Lightly oil the grates.

Place chicken on the grill.

Cook 5–7 minutes per side (breasts) or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

Avoid flipping too often.
