Spinach and Green Onion Pan Flatbread
Ingredients (Makes 6–8 flatbreads)

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

¾ cup warm water

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

2–3 green onions, finely sliced

1 tbsp oil (plus more for cooking)
Instructions
1. Make the Dough

Mix flour and salt in a bowl.

Add warm water and oil; mix into a soft dough.

Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.

Cover and rest 20 minutes.
2. Add Spinach & Green Onion

Gently knead spinach and green onions into the dough until evenly distributed.

Divide dough into equal balls.
3. Roll & Cook

Roll each ball into a thin circle.
