Stupid Pie (Impossible Pie)
Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup sugar

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional add-ins:

½ cup coconut
-
½ cup chocolate chips

Nutmeg or cinnamon on top

Instructions

Preheat oven

350°F (175°C)

Grease a 9-inch pie plate or baking dish.

Mix everything

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, and salt.

Batter will be very thin — that’s correct!

Pour & bake

Pour mixture into the prepared dish.

Sprinkle optional coconut or spices on top.

Bake 45–55 minutes until golden and just set in the center.
