No-Bake Crunch Bars
Ingredients

2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)

1 cup crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)

2 tbsp peanut butter or butter (optional, but makes it smoother)
Instructions

Melt the chocolate

Microwave chocolate (and peanut butter/butter if using) in 20–30 second bursts.

Stir between each until smooth.

Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
