4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water. -
Cook beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary. Season lightly with salt and pepper. -
Make garlic butter sauce
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter and garlic to the skillet with beef. Sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant. -
