Easy Air Fryer Bread (No Oven)
Makes: 1 small loaf (4–6 slices)
Ingredients

1½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp instant yeast
-
¾ cup (180 ml) warm water

1 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive)
Instructions
1. Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Add warm water and oil.

Stir, then knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover and let rise 45–60 minutes, until doubled.
2. Shape

Punch down dough and shape into a small loaf or round.

Place on parchment paper (cut to fit your air fryer basket).

Let rest 15 minutes while the air fryer preheats.
3. Air Fry

Preheat air fryer to 180°C / 350°F.

Air fry for 12 minutes.

Flip the bread, then cook 8–10 more minutes.

Bread is done when golden and sounds hollow when tapped.
Cooling

Let cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Tips for Best Results

Don’t overcrowd the basket — bread needs airflow

If browning too fast, lower temp to 170°C / 340°F

Brush with butter after baking for a softer crust

Garlic bread: brush with garlic butter after baking

Cheese bread: knead in ¼ cup shredded cheese
