Fried Potatoes and Onions
Ingredients

4–5 medium potatoes

1 large onion

Instructions

Prep the potatoes

Peel (or scrub) potatoes.

Slice thinly or dice evenly for even cooking.

Pat dry with a towel.

Heat the pan

Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the potatoes

Add potatoes in a single layer if possible.

Let them cook undisturbed for a few minutes to brown.

Slice onion thin.
