Ingredients

2 cod fillets (fresh or thawed, about 5–6 oz each)

1–2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: lemon wedges, parsley, or a pinch of Old Bay
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).

Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels.

Brush with oil or butter.

Season evenly with spices.

Place cod in the air fryer basket (don’t overlap).

Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until flaky and opaque.
Tips

Cod is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
