No-Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup melted butter

2 tbsp sugar
Filling
-
16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened

¾ cup powdered sugar
-
2 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
Optional Toppings

Fresh fruit, cherry pie filling, or chocolate drizzle
Instructions

Make the crust
Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill 15 minutes. -
Beat cream cheese
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. -
Whip cream
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. -
Combine
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. -
Fill & chill
Spread filling over crust. Smooth the top. -
Chill
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best) until set. -
Add toppings before serving.
Tips & Variations

For extra firmness, chill in the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
