Crock Pot Chicken Drumsticks (Serves 4)
Ingredients

2–3 lb chicken drumsticks

1–2 tbsp olive oil (optional)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions

Season chicken:
Pat drumsticks dry and toss with oil and all seasonings. -
Slow cook:
Place drumsticks in the crock pot (no liquid needed).
Cover and cook:-
LOW: 5–6 hours

HIGH: 3–4 hours
Until fully cooked and tender.

Optional crispy finish (recommended):
Transfer drumsticks to a baking sheet.
Broil in the oven or air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 5–8 minutes, turning once, until skin is crispy.
Tips

Don’t add water—chicken releases its own juices.

For saucy drumsticks, brush with BBQ or honey-garlic sauce before the crispy step.

Line the crock pot with foil or a liner for easier cleanup.
