Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp works best)

½ cup milk

½ cup Bisquick (or similar baking mix)

2 large eggs

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp yellow mustard

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.

Brown the beef in a skillet with onion until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir in ketchup and mustard.

Spread beef mixture evenly in the pie dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.

Whisk together milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth.

Pour batter evenly over the beef and cheese.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and set in the center.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
