4–5 medium potato (Yukon Gold or russet work well)

1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic

1 tsp rosemary or thyme (optional)

🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven
Heat your oven to 200°C (400°F). -
Prepare potatoes
Wash and cut potatoes into cubes or wedges. -
Season
In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and paprika. -
Spread on tray
Place them on a baking tray in a single layer (don’t overcrowd). -
Roast
Bake for 30–40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crispy.
