🧁 Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf or round cake pan.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).

Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.

Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
