Top with cooked beef.
3️⃣ Mix Sauce
In a bowl, combine soup, broth, garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour evenly over everything.
4️⃣ Cook
-
Low: 6–7 hours
-
High: 3–4 hours
Cook until potatoes are tender.
5️⃣ Finish
Sprinkle cheese on top during the last 15 minutes if using.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
🔥 Tips
-
Add corn or peas for extra veggies.
-
Stir in a spoon of sour cream before serving for creamier texture.
-
For a tomato-style version, swap soup for a can of diced tomatoes + tomato sauce.
If you’d like, I can also give you a “Hobo Dinner” foil-style slow cooker version or a cheesy casserole-style upgrade.
