3 tablespoons flour (for dredging)

1 large onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons flour (for gravy)

2 cups chicken broth (or beef broth)

4–5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thick

1️⃣ Season & Brown

Pat pork chops dry.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Lightly dredge in flour, shaking off excess.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Brown chops 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Gravy

3️⃣ Add Potatoes & Simmer
