🛒 Ingredients

1½ lbs (700g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

3 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

4–5 cloves garlic, minced

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
