💰 Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti

1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)

1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Creamy layer:

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
-
1 cup sour cream
-
1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta
Cheese topping:
-
2 cups shredded mozzarella
-
½ cup grated Parmesan
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain grease.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. -
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.

Layer the casserole in a greased 9×13 dish:

Half of the spaghetti
-
All of the creamy mixture
-
Half of the meat sauce
-
Remaining spaghetti
-
Remaining meat sauce
-

Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
