🥘 Church Crowd Pleaser: Creamy Chicken & Rice Casserole

3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

2 cups cooked rice

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup milk

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional topping: crushed buttery crackers or cornflakes + 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix soups, sour cream, milk, and seasonings.

Stir in chicken, rice, and 1 cup of the cheese.

Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 casserole dish.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Add cracker or cornflake topping if using.

Bake 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
