🍎 Apple Omelette
📝 Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

2–3 eggs

1 small apple (thinly sliced or finely diced)

1 tbsp butter

1–2 tbsp sugar (or honey/maple syrup)

¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffier texture)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Apples

Melt ½ tbsp butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add sliced apples, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and cook for 3–5 minutes until soft and lightly caramelized.

Remove from pan and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and milk (if using).
3️⃣ Cook the Omelette

Melt remaining butter in the pan.

Pour in the eggs and let cook over medium-low heat.

When the eggs are mostly set but slightly soft on top, add the cooked apples to one half.
4️⃣ Fold & Finish

Fold the omelette over the apples.

Cook another 30–60 seconds until fully set.
