Instructions

Prepare the carrots
Boil or steam carrots until very soft. Mash them well. -
Mix
In a bowl, combine chicken, mashed carrots, cream cheese/mayo, and yogurt. -
Season lightly
Add salt and a small pinch of pepper if you like. -
Blend (optional)
For an extra-smooth spread, pulse everything briefly in a food processor. -
Chill
