Pineapple Dream Dessert
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

Β½ cup butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained

1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
Instructions
1. Make the crust

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Mix flour and melted butter until crumbly.

Press into the bottom of a 9Γ13-inch baking dish.

Bake 15 minutes, until lightly golden.

Cool completely.
2. Cream cheese layer

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Spread evenly over cooled crust.
3. Pineapple layer

Gently fold drained pineapple into whipped topping.

Spread over cream cheese layer.
4. Chill

Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is even better).
